Christmas Trees of Hope, since 2006!
Handmade toppers with streamers, new or used ornaments, stand and skirt are combined in a sturdy bag and prepared for distribution with available trees. Given that the number of trees is NEVER known until the last minute (often even Christmas Eve) the creation of kits and need for those supplies can go on for long periods. Prepared kits are available, but if more trees come, a push will be on to obtain and create more.
For those who do not have their own, Christmas Trees of Hope assembled donated ornaments, skirts, stands and toppers to deliver with the tree. Care is taken to not include sharp ornaments or hangers where children are expected. Lights are not included for safety and financial reasons.
